We are looking for data-loving people who are from market research or business analyst backgrounds. Someone who is passionate about both technology and data and strives for addressing business problems through data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to gather and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, unearth trends, and clearly communicate insights
Track competition and market trends from multiple source and analyse to present key insights
Gather and manage data through primary and secondary research.
Ownership to prepare and publish reports, dashboard and newsletters on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis
Organize, update and ensure data quality is maintained to highest standards
Analyse data, interpret and present findings to answer business objectives
Conduct market research to understand changing consumer’s preferences and needs. Create questionnaire, analyse data and prepare high quality research reports.
Periodic market visits to different cities to understand rapidly changing market trends
Working with cross teams to understand requirements and delivering data driven solutions
Preparing sentiment analysis, Voice of customers, etc… reports by analysing social media data
Engaging with agencies to conduct market research studies

2-4 years of work experience from market research or business analyst background
Ability to work on both quantitative and qualitative market research.
Should have an eye for accuracy, quick learner and willing to explore areas beyond defined role
Strong analytical skills coupled with lateral thinking to draw inferences from both structured and unstructured data sets
Extremely good command on advanced Excel and PowerPoint tools
Sound knowledge of smartphones industry would be an added advantage Knowledge on data manipulation techniques using advanced Excel/SQL/R/Python is a plus.
