Content Strategist/Knowledge Manager
As the content lead from the Co-Creation team, he/she has to liaise with leaders across business verticals to create content that can be showcased in our Co-Creation Labs globally
Your responsibilities will include
Develop yearly/half-yearly/quarterly content strategies and plans for individual business units and functions for content creation/curation to be showcased in the labs
Ideating, writing and delivering on a wide spectrum of communication assets including case stories, videos, infographics, brochures, e-mailers and more
Closely coordinate with in-house creative teams or external agencies for desired outcomes
Own the CMS – content management system – that powers the Co-Creation Labs globally
Skills & Competencies:
Ability to grasp complex and technical subjects and develop engaging content in collaboration with subject matter experts, business heads and external agencies
Experience in business writing. Experience in working on thought leadership content will be an added advantage
Should have an eye for detail and experience in using style guides
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders’ expectations and meet tight deadlines when necessary
5+ years’ experience and/or exposure to combinations of fields of business and content, or data driven narrative
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Communications or Mass Media.
Strong written and verbal communication skills that works for senior leadership. An ability to create narratives and data storytelling across various content formats in a persuasive and succinct manner.
Prior experience in tech or digital advertising industry, creating content for senior executive audiences, ideally in a B2B space is good to have!
