About the role
Being a digital platform, udaan generates a tremendous amount of data on an ongoing basis. As a product analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging our data to improve our products/functions like Ads, Credit, Discovery, Supply Chain etc.
Setting up metrics for measuring product/functional performance and responsible for tracking its improvement. Standardising the metric definition.
Measure impact of experiments related to function, analysing and helping in course correction.
Recommending product improvements based on analytical findings. Defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance.
Analytical articulation of a business or operations problem statement and using data analysis to understand the complexity of the problem and broad contours of potential solution(s).
Becoming the domain champion of the product/function with clear data-driven understanding of how our users interact with our product.
Analytical thinking, problem solving and a high level of comfort with numbers.
Strong foundations in statistical methods.
Fetching and manipulating large data sets using SQL / Hive. – Analysing and visualizing large data sets: R / python. – A keen sense of business and attention to detail. – Understanding and being sensitive to the needs and challenges of stakeholders. – Communication – both verbal and written.
Good to have skills
You should have 5+ years of work experience in analytics.
Preferably hold an engineering/math/physics degree from a top-tier school.
