What you’ll do
Help Business Development and Sales team in onboarding new retailers and distributors
Work alongside product teams to localise products for different markets
Monitor, improve and maximize efficiency of daily business functions and processes
Ensure smooth operations by aligning with various cross-functional teams and drive tasks to closure
Follow up with various stakeholders to track progress and meet tight deadlines
Research on topics like market behaviour, competitor analysis, etc.
Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
Build processes to remove redundancy and reduce TAT
Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into strategic plans
Coordinate with design, operations and marketing team to drive development of marketing collaterals and operational executions
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in Business Operations or in a similar role
Good knowledge of operations management
Experience in cross functional collaboration across various teams and multi-tasking
Very good understanding of MS Office, Google Docs
Hands on experience in Advanced MS Excel
Exceptional communication and documentation skills
