In this role, you have the opportunity to

Responsible for a specific area of the system for one or more markets, understanding the business rules and dynamics of these markets, supporting the transformation

of user requirements into Product Requirements.

Working with System Analysts to translate the requirements into technical flow

You are responsible for

Define the necessary requirements for the System Analysts in your area
Support the Systems Analyst in identifying and mitigating the impacts of system changes, considering possible impacts in other areas
Support the verification team to perform and improve testing upon request
Work with customers to understand their processes and needs, define requirements based on these inputs
Prioritize change requests or new customer requests according to business priority
Support the system analyst in defining the solution, participating / monitoring the validation of requirements / solution
Participate in the creation of manuals / training (e.g. for training staff) on new features
Provide content for MarCom material in the area of responsibility
Support Adherence Analysis in localization projects for specific areas when requested
Support presentations to client executives, as appropriate;
Ensure that the system analyst understands the scenarios and usage contexts of his area workflows, delivering detailed business rules
Maintain their area of responsibility in accordance with all applicable regulations (eg NFS-e, Anvisa, NOMs, ANS, KV)
Ensure compliance and act in accordance with Philips General Business Principles (GBP) and Information Security related policies
In addition to the responsibilities defined in the Job Description, to ensure that Information Security related responsibilities that may be applicable for the assigned role is carried out
Review and approve requests for design change based on the impact analysis, considering clinical, system and business aspects
Additional tasks as needed aimed at promoting comprehensive customer support
Clarity of thought and vision
Ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Associates or bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
People from Nursing, Pharma, Accountant or Hospital Administration will be given preference
Minimum of 10+ years in Business Analysis
Able to demonstrate strong written communication skills.
Good organization skills for high-paced environment.
Clinical or healthcare experience will be desirable
Self-motivated
