We are looking for a driven Data Analyst to join our marketing team. The full-time Data

The analyst role is focused on the development, maintenance, and measurement of our digital

platforms and channels. There is a key focus on identifying and reporting the commercial

data points that will improve our digital insights and decision-making.

Expect to play a hands-on role in understanding and delivering detailed insights and reports to

improve the digital strategy.

Desired candidate –

  • 2 to 5 years of experience
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Coding in SQL (preferred if they have worked on Google Big Query – google cloud)
  • Visualization (tools – Google Data Studio or Tableau)
  • CRM experience (Hubspot, Salesforce)

Responsibilities include:

● A clear understanding of data-driven principles and modeling, pulling together data sources across various platforms into a useable format/ dashboard to enhance the leadership team decisions

● Experience in advanced analytics, ability to evaluate and embrace the latest technologies (e.g. predictive data solutions), to develop predictive and customer segmentation insights and models

● Data lead in collaboration with the Marketing team on customer and client insights and engagement activities/plans with customer and client-led approaches

● Knowledge of industry trends and developments including GDPR, European data laws and consent-based marketing

Knowledge, skills & experience:

● Experience with BigQuery and SQL

● Visualization Tools such as DataStudios and Tableau

● Advanced analytics and programming

● Commercial experience in a similar data analytics role

● Hands-on experience in writing complex queries in SQL

● Able to manipulate and work with large volumes of data

● Understanding of API-first, microservices and cloud principles

● Proficient in Google Suite, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Beneficial to know & understand:

● Javascript/HTML beneficial

● Experience working within the performance marketing team

● Knowledge of Marketing technologies (different channels)

● Great project management skills and hands-on technical skills

● Stakeholder management
