We are pleased to hire a Technical Solution Analyst for our growing business unit Application Management Services(AMS). As a Technical Solution Analyst, you are responsible to follow configuration work plans to configure solution functionalities and components in production and non-production environments and also gather requirements and determine scope of work to appropriately estimate delivery effort and delivery timeframes. In this role, you are also responsible to apply change management processes throughout service request life cycle and to troubleshoot and validate configurations to ensure successful implementation in client domains. In addition to all, you have to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing to clients and internal stakeholders and evaluate the impact of changes within client environments and, with the support, to make recommendations in accordance with Cerner standards. Together with that, the role envisages you to identify potential integration points and cross-solution builds and you will work on the production domain, perform in depth investigation on the issue and fixing the issues logged by clients in Build & Configuration service requests. Finally, you are responsible to meet client Service Level Agreements and should be able to establish/maintains relationships at the appropriate level between Cerner and Client.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science or any other related field.
At least 1 year of experience in SQL programming.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certification in SQL programming language
