• Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress

• Perform research, POC and analyze ML algorithms and Azure cloud services that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability

• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis to gain insights from the data

• Design, Development, and Deployment practices for embedding machine learning in production and operationally ready applications

• Knowledge Augmentation Techniques: Deep Recurrent Neural Networks for conversational models, NLP, text mining.

• Design and development of complex software, data-flow and process components that use machine learning, e.g. deep learning models, decisioning systems, advanced interfaces including voice, vision, and natural language text, and advanced control systems such as interfaces to software-defined network (SDN) controllers

• Use your combined knowledge of machine learning theory, maths, and algorithms, along with engineering principles and practices to ensure that systems will meet both functional and non-functional objectives

• Training models, tuning hyperparameters, and production deployment for the Customers.

• Enabled automated or semi-automated deployment of machine learning layer by leveraging adjacent technologies.

• Perform testing and debugging of machine learning solutions and applications

• Monitor and improve solutions over time, incorporating retraining and new features

Skills and Capabilities:

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines including on job training modules (eg: AI/ML Micro-Credentials)

• At least 5 years experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning

• Experience with Conversational AI/ML product development

• Develop Algorithms in Multilingual Conversational Systems for Intent, Entity detections, and automated conversations

• An object-oriented or functional programming language such as Python, Julia, C++, Scala, or Java; Experience with more than one language preferred

• Experience with one or more deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, MXNet or CNTK

• Knowledge of classical classification, regression and clustering approaches, dimensionality reduction, NLP, deep learning, pattern recognition, topic modeling, graph algorithms

• Deep proficiency with Python and basic libraries for machine learning (E.g. sci-kit-learn, NumPy, pandas)

• Working experience with NLP algorithms, tools, frameworks (E.g. Spacey, AllenNLP, BERT, ULMFIT, FLAIR)

• Strong working experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud offerings – especially Microsoft Cognitive Services (E.g. LUIS, Q&A Maker, etc.)

• Experience working as part of a cross/multi-disciplinary team environment

• Hands-on experience with source control, automated testing and continuous integration / continuous deployment

• Experience working in an agile development environment
